We did not stay here in our own camper, instead we were visitors for a weekend of family that have a seasonal site.
The whole family loved this place, everyone was very friendly and we had so much fun.
The pools were all very well maintained and I loved how they had 3 different pools depending on age \ swimming strength. While the pool area got very busy, the pool itself never felt over crowded. They also have a little food stand for sandwiches, salads, etc...
There are basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds, etc... Even a little frog pond to walk around and fish in.
This place is a very short distance to the OOB pier and there is a Trolley stop on site. For $1 it will take you to the pier and then $1 to come back, beats paying $20 for parking and the kids get a kick out of it too.
I don't know about camping fees but the visitor rates were very reasonable compared to other places we have been to.
I have been to several campgrounds on the NH \ ME seacoast, when I get my first seasonal camper this is where I would want to have it!
