A menu that includes daily specials, delicious appetizers, sandwiches, Harvest Hill Farm’s burgers, lobster, seafood (Try the Haddock basket – delicious!), chicken, steak dinners and our delicious desserts. I can not give Cyndi's a long review because I have little to say for or against. 8:30 on a thursday night as we arrived in town... The menu has a bit of everything. Very typical diner type food. We ordered fish, chowder, salad, a burger, onion rings. everything was okay. It was food. sorry

Close your eyes and imagine a crystal clear lake with a restaurant on the shore, with canoe and boat rentals, tables to eat at along the shore, the sun shining, and the food is great! What more can one ask for? My wife had the tuna wrap which was perfect and I had the lobster roll on a grilled bun with butter....perfection! The waitresses were wonderful and the atmosphere was incredible!.....thank you for making our lunch date perfect :)

On a winter's night after a few hours in a hockey rink, you can imagine how happy we were to be seated near the fireplace! The dining room at Cyndi's is a cozy place to escape the chill, and I'm sure it's equally enjoyable to dine lakeside on a summer's evening. Saturday night's special was all-you-can-eat-fish fry (Haddock) and, being in the mood for seafood, we went with that. Our appetizers were chicken fingers for the teenager in our party, and clam cakes for the adults. The former received the thumbs up from our young diner. Clam cakes were good, but I would have liked a few more chunks of clam. When our entrees were delivered, we realized that everything we could eat was right in front of us! Portions were plentiful and tasty - large pieces of fresh haddock in a light, tasty and non-greasy batter. Cole slaw was also fresh and yummy. Fries which accompanied the entree were good, but pre-seasoned which isn't my favorite. The burger ordered by my daughter was also seasoned (Montreal steak seasoning) which she wasn't crazy about. All in all, Cyndi's was a pleasant dining experience and we would definitely return. Service was friendly, and it was evident that this is a place frequented by tourists and locals alike. There was a private function in the upstairs lounge on this particular night, but it looked like a great spot to enjoy a beverage in any season.

It was a cold evening when we arrived in the evening. We picked out own seats and ordered our dinners quickly. Then the evening slowed down. Our dinners arrive late and not hot. They were good but could have better. No pumpkin pie and terrible coffee. Our experience was ok but not great.
