Rain or shine, in any season, this trail is available and packed down for walking, running or biking. It's a 3.5 mile loop around an inlet of Casco Bay, including a portion over Tukey's Bridge. There are benches available along the way for sitting and watching the beautiful scenery. There are a couple of fields to play soccer, as well. Lately, there has been landscaping to improve the quality of the natural growth. Very nice spot.

My wife and I were training for a half-marathon and we needed to get some miles in. We found and ran this trail and I have to say — I'm absolutely jealous my hometown doesn't have something like this. The view was spectacular the entire time, and they even had water fountains every mile or so.

Take a morning or afternoon to walk (or run) this trail.

Beautiful, low key, family environment or relaxing scenic place to run for the casual or serious runner or walker. Been running here for years. It is my place to run, unwind from the stress of the day and then sit and look at the beauty of the sunset afterwards. I run here year round. They maintain the trails year round! Whole foods and trader joes is right around the corner for a nice meal or coffee. I live for my runs at the cove.
