The Kings Head just opened it doors on June 6th of this year. It is magnificent !! Tremendous food, fantastic service (ask for Sarah), great ambiance and a menu selection that will knock your socks off. The selection includes a Scotch Egg as an appetizer, Lamb Tartar as a main course, House made Bangers and Mash, a Short Rib Pot Pie are all very good selections. I enjoyed the very best ever Fish and Chips, which was fried in a very light batter. I have never had a better meal of Fish and Chips in my lifetime. There is a very good selection of wines and craft beer from around the region.
The chef is second to none ! His preparation and selection of entrees is not to be believed. Bar none, this is the best restaurant in Portland.
