My husband and I stayed three nights at the Limerock Inn in late July, in the Turret room ("not the Tourette's room" as Frank humorously pointed out). The room was large and well appointed, with a view out the front of the Inn. The location is ideal -- just a short walk to Main street restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to be quiet. We had yummy, three course breakfasts every day, and the owners were amazingly helpful with advice on where to eat and where to visit. It was fun getting to know them.
One tiny caveat -- the Turret room is round, and the rounded glass windows don't have screens. So you can use the ceiling fan or the air conditioner, but you can't open the windows for fresh air from outside.More
