We stopped by This little cafe on our way to Acadia national park, thinking not much of it. The outside and inside are very inviting, a small little cafe in a downtown that is so small, if you blink you would miss it. The place was almost full and there was a young hippie couple running it. The food didn't look spectacular, plastic plates, mismatched silverware, and such, but the food was incredible. My wife got the spinach and feta omelette, and I had the breakfast croissant. The croissant was about the best thing I have ever eaten, and The eggs were amazingly flavorful. My wife couldn't finish her omelette (the serving sizes are pretty big) so we took it took go and picked up a couple of fresh baguettes.
There is no sign, just a blue and yellow storefront with some lettering in the windows, but do not pass this place up if you are through the area. I left wishing that more of the places I eat we're so simply good.
