“Diamond in the rough”
Reviewed 4 September 2013

Anna's was suggested by the lady working in the visitors bureau in Bath as a great locals place to eat. She was right it was a real local flavor but the view was pretty spectacular. The food was very good and the service was good as well. A bit off the beaten path but worth the ride for the food and the view.

“The worst 40$ spent in Maine”
Reviewed 1 August 2013

The portions were VERY small and overpriced. The clam chowder was watery and had very small amount of food in it. The 'fish and chips' was like 'fried chicken', small bits in a hard batter. The fish in it was OK. The fried clams was just ok....Very disappointing. Only the view is nice. Will not return.

“go for the view and the lobster”
Reviewed 29 July 2013

The view is the star here. the food -- the lobster -- was great, but my haddock hash cakes were mostly breaded. The wines and beers are priced just right, and the servers were great. A lot of locals plus tourists were there, and it is a great place for lobster.

“A Perfect Maine Experience!”
Reviewed 28 July 2013

This is not a fancy place, but it is definitely steeped in the character of coastal Maine! The food is fresh and is prepared with care. Even the fish sticks on the kids' menu are home made from fresh haddock! The clam basket was a bargain at $14! We had excellent, attentive service, and though the weather was cloudy, the views of the lower New Meadows River and Casco Bay were splendid! Those interested in Maine history may want to look up Malaga Island, which is just across the river from the restaurant. You can park down behind the restaurant, but for people with mobility issues, there are a few spots out front that allow access to the restaurant without steps.
