The lobsters were great. The steamers were good as well. Lobster pounds are the only way to eat lobster. It doesn't have a lot of the niceties like indoor plumbing but the lobsters are great.

Read a review that this is off the main road and where the locals go for lobster. We had a bit of difficulty finding it but we did and it was very good. Maine fresh lobster cannot be topped. If you have the time find Waterman's, sit by the water and enjoy!

Having heard all raving reviews, we stopped by Watermans for a lunch. Small roll and bag of chip cost $18.00. My 15-years old son had to eat 2 of them just to quiet his appetite. Me and my wife took lobsters...... The lobster was tough and dry. I was still hungry and took another roll. At the end, lunch for 3 cost us over $100.00!!!! They also had no place to wash hands!!!!! Service was very unfriendly!!!! For that money you can eat a nice dinner with alcohol in a nice restaurant and not a hole in a ground. The only good thing about this place is a nice view. What a huge rip-off !!

This is an openair shelter restaurant that has fresh local top quality seafood. The crab roll was outstanding and they have home made pies and more. Located just south of Rockland, ME off of hwyn 73. If you are in the Rockland area don't miss this fun place to eat and see the water.

Had the triple berry crumble pie a la mode. It was delicious!! Flaky crust, great crumb topping, and good vanilla ice cream too. Would come back to try the lobster as well- it was very reasonably priced. The view from the picnic tables is beautiful.
