Nothing can be better than looking at the breathtaking view of the Nubble Lighthouse in addition to looking at the surrounding ocean, walking on the rocks, visiting the welcome center, etc. I am a local and go there all the time to just look. Stunning.........

Trademark view of a working lighthouse on the Maine coast. Ocean view was terrific. Easy to get to but there is limited parking.

What can i say that has not already been said? The views are breathtaking. We have been in the morning, mid day, and at dusk. It is always great. Next on my list is to see it in the winter!

There are really no words to describe the absolute beauty of the Nubble Lighthouse. Easy to find - easy to park and stroll around on the edges of the ocean and imagine what it is like to live there...

We were just riders in a car in which we were pleasantly taken to the Nubble Light. Not knowing what we were doing or what the Nubble Light was, it was just a great surprise on a wonderful day. While it is quiet crowed on a summer day in York it was worth the effort. There was plenty of parking and the access was good. You had to use some effort and skills to get to the rocks on the water but if you just hung up on the pavements edge it was fine as well. Make sure you have a camera the shots there are wonderful. There is a nice gift shop as well. Only takes 30 min max to enjoy but others were reading and sitting in the sun taking the day in.
