Gone is the complimentary bottle of water of last year. It's a nice enough place and bedding is okay. There was no chair other than the desk chair in my room and when I asked about it was told that not all rooms have chairs (I believe that I was supposed to feel that at least I had a bed.) No chair was provided on request. No luggage rack in room but one was provided when I asked. Housekeeping never disposed of anything that wasn't in the trash basket. This might be by design, I suppose, but at least to me it was obviously litter. Towels didn't get replaced on day prior to checkout. Things were better the last few times I stayed here. Good news is that it's close to NIH and it a nice walk. I'll stay there again, I suppose, but I hope they get their act together again before I return.
