Asahi is above and beyond the best Japanese Steakhouse I have ever been too (including Benihana, Sakura, Okada, and other smaller chains throughout the U.S.). The servers and chefs are quick, efficient, and friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. Substitutions are not a problem, and the food is great no matter if it's cooked on the grill or in the kitchen. Even at peak hours, you are seated and fed rapidly, and you get an enormous amount of food for the price you pay. Note that dinner prices are higher than lunch prices, and the food amount isn't much different.
I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!
