We visit Uncle Charley's Bistro fairly often and have never, ever left disappointed! The menu is pretty good, mostly American fare (even shrimp and grits which you rarely see on a menu this far north and its GOOD!!) The prices are fair and the atmosphere is nice. I've had their burgers (huge!), the salad with the ahi tuna (excellent if you know that the tuna should be served very rare), ribs (very good) and the afore mentioned shrimp and grits. And if you don't get a personal visit to your table by Uncle Charley making certain everything is just as you expect it, it must be because he's either very ill or dead. Start a conversation with him and he'll sit right down at your table with you and treat you like an old friend.
Yeah, we love Uncle Charley's Bistro!
