Having had several unsuccessful experiences with Korean cuisine (likely due to ordering the wrong item for my taste), I was a little anxious about trying this place.
However, we had a wonderful waitress who gladly helped us to find food that was more suitable to our liking. My husband and I split an order of japchae (clear noodles cooked with fresh spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions and marinated beef in a sweet sauce reminiscent of terriyaki) and we tried an order of the fried chicken (1/2 and 1/2). We are both fans of hot things, but I think we preferred the soy chicken a little more from a flavor standpoint. The "double-fried" chicken takes about 20 minutes and was worth the wait. We loved that we could order drumsticks for him and wings for me!
Prices are reasonable, the restaurant is very clean and food/service are good. The decor is very modern and would likely appeal to a slightly younger crowd, however I have no complaints. This was a nice place to try something a little out of the ordinary for us and we will be back again.
