My wife and I both ordered beef bourguignon stew that turned out to be fantastic. The meat was seared and very, very tender. The dark gravy was exceptionally favorable and the potatoes, carrots and onions wre done to perfection. We were expecting a more typical French light meal and were treated to an exceptionally hearty meal worthy of a rainy day in rural Scotland. We couldn't have been more pleased with the meal that complimented the superb service and quaint atmosphere.
