I love to sample different types of cuisine, so I was delighted to learn about Tigi's. The three of us ordered different dishes and sampled each with the delicious injera, a yeast bread. We tried beef and lamb tibs, sambusas, and a vegetarian dish. Each had a pleasing unique flavor. This is a family owned small restaurant with about 6 tables, and the owner couldn't have been more hospitable. He explained the fundamentals of each dish and how to scoop up the morsels with injera. He also offered us the hot chile paste which we tried but found too spicy for our taste. We will definitely be visiting Tigi's again in the near future.
