Great sushi for the price. I don't like seaweed so I'm limited on choices but I am very satisfied with the three negiri style sushies. I do cheatr a little and eat the tempora crabcake roll. Very unusual but very good! Great local twist on a v ery popular type of ethnic food...very creative. Chicken teriyaki and tempora onions on the non-sushi bar are also very good. Reasons for not giving the highest rating...The food on the non-sushi bar is not kept warm. If you don't get it right when it comes out, it'll probably be cold. ANother thing I think they need to work on is refrigerating the sushi side. The trays of sushi are sitting out without any kind of refrigeration. Luckily the place is always packed so the turnover of the trays are constant. Also, the AYCE sushi is only available at lunchtime (11:30 to 2:30) and I think it's only on weekdays.
