while the hotel is in a nice area, plenty of nice restaurants and shops in walking distance, and the rooms were average...my disappointment was with the front desk. We only stayed one night - being a Marriott rewards holder, i always book directly with their online site which has always honored any lower rate as noted on their site. I checked the current rate, and printed it out from their website on the day of our check in, however i did forget to confirm the rate at check in....however the morning we were going to check out i presented the print out and asked for them to honor the lower rate. After much back and forth the clerk realized that yes this was from their site and said would honor it, he said he made the adjustment and we were on our way....well much to my surprise when i saw the emailed portfolio and my credit card bill - he never made the change....poor customer service - dont say you are going to honor something, say you did and lie - not good form, very disappointed in marriott, not the customer service i have come to expect.

Stayed here while on a tour. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Attentive staff. Nearby shopping, restaurants and entertainment that you can walk to.Overall, this was a comfortable hotel in a great location

The best thing about the hotl is the loation. IT is right off the artificial lake which is huge, This is an ideal place to stay with family or friends. The hotel has an expansive deck that overlooks the lake an is n ideal place to sip some beer or wine in the evenings (the bar located on the lower level has some amazing happy hour deals).

The rooms are clean and well furnished. The bed was quite comforable, Again the view form the room is amazing if you have a lake vie room, There is a restaurant in the lobby but you are better off trying the plenty of dinning options around the lake. The choices are really awesone, potbelly, starbucks, guapos, nandos on and on.
If you have kids under 13, they would love the nultitude of attractions around the lake and the entertainment options. IT is great for adults looking for a refreshing break in the evening.

We stayed in this hotel for a family function and loved the location and ambience. Will definetly stay here again on our next visit to baltimore.
