This visit had to be the worst pizza experience in many years. There was no heat in the building (except for what the pizza ovens were able to heat the dining room): the outside temperature was 22F, the inside temperature was in the 50s. Manager said heating system was broken. Intended to eat in; couldn't, dining room too cold. Servers said it had been cold all day (OK, why hasn't it been fixed or the building closed down?). Ordered meat lover's pizza. The toppings were so overdone that they chewed like rubber. Future patrons may want to call ahead to determine if their dinner will be ice coated before it arrives at your table. (1-22-2013.)
