This hotel is ok they clean pretty well just the carpet is extremely in need of a wash. When we arrived we delt with JAY who is awsome!!!!!! If it wasnt for him I wouldnt if thought twice about staying here. The breakfest was really good and clean and the nice women who does the breakfest was really clean and on top of all the food. Like I said the employees made the hotel.
The staff at this hotel were friendly and accomodating, and we had a nice hot breakfast in the morning. But our room was terrible!! The carpet was FILTHY, as was the loveseat. The furniture was very worn, and the upholstery on the loveseat was frayed out and torn. One of the electrical outlets was very loose, and was blackened like it had shorted out at some point. The wifi did not work. The elevator was also dirty and old, and I was concerned that it would breakdown while we were in it.Thankfully, this was just an overnight stay, if it hadn't been, we would have checked out anyway and went somewhere else. Definitly was NOT worth the money we paid for this room. We will never stay here again.
After having our flight cancelled, this is the motel (NOT a hotel) recommended by Southwest. What a horror. From the first moment we should've known better. They'd assured us a cab would pick us and our young kids up within ten minutes, but after 4 phone calls & an HOUR of waiting in 33 degree weather outside til midnight, we paid $27 for our own cab. After guaranteeing us a ride many hours earlier, when we arrived they said, Oh, it's only as available & would not reimburse us, though their cab never arrived. The room was horrid; hair on the toilet, in the bed, dirty floors, and paper thin walls. Even our children were disturbed. We could only access our room from outside & local teenagers partied on the balcony. Even the elevator was disgusting. The area felt unsafe and we could not wait to get out of here. I can only assume some of these good reviews have this motel confused with other Days Inns in Baltimore. Stay far far away!!!
