Great staff, good family accomodations, breakfast was simple, the room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Reservations ,check-in and check-out were all a breeze. Parking seemed odd as it was in a shared shopping center but there was plenty of available spots right near the hotel and we could see our car from the rooms window. The area is nice with eating and shopping within walking distance. We were attending an event in Baltimore and the hotel was less than 15 minutes from the convention center and priced well below the city hotels.

The two front desk night clerks were so nice and helpful. Everything was full up around Annapolis and we were getting frantic. The room was very clean as was the rest of hotel. The only problem was the smallest double bed I have ever seen; I'm sure it's usually for a single. The breakfast area was crowded, but that was not Hamptons fault.

We've stayed here a number of times in large part because it's very close to family and I'm a Hilton member. I am tempted to describe this location as predictable but I don't mean that in a bad way. I see it as close, safe, convenient location, the staff has always been nice and it's a good value for the Baltimore area. Not much parking and no frills but we basically just sleep when we're there anyway.

Hotel staff from lobby to housekeeping were outstanding. During check-in I forgot all toiletries. Staff was very helpful in providing the necessary grooming suppiles. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff was helpful in moving a large crowd through quickly.

We recently booked this hotel on our trip out east. it was close to baltimore and that was the main reason for staying.
Overall i would say this would be a decent place to stay if you were planning on traveling into baltimore
the hotel itself was good. No pool which was disappointing to the kids and the parking lot was basically non existing. there were a few spots directly by the hotel but generally you had to park in a general lot that seems to be for a strip mall. it was safe but it was just odd.
everyone at the hotel was great. the one negative thing was that they only had one luggage cart and appartantly someone decided to keep in their room.
the drive into baltimore and back was great. we were not disappointed with that.

Stayed here while visiting Baltimore for a Red Sox series with the Orioles. The hotel is easy to get to, right off the end of 895. It's only a five minute drive to the North Linthicum light rail station, which takes you right to Camden Yards. A good location, much cheaper than downtown Baltimore.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The free wi-fi was easy to access and reasonably fast. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a mini-fridge for my meds, but I travel prepared for that.

This was our second time here, and we will be staying again next year.

Front desk staff was pleasant and professional, however, the building is OLD. No gym/pool (can't see driving somewhere once I'm unpacked to go to a gym) Plaza location was convenient, but, the Hibachi grill restaurant was horrible and the Panera's was as it should be. There's a "four"bucks there too. I was there for business and would not go out of my way for reasons other than convenience to the client we service in the area to stay there.
