“GO TO LIZZIE'S!!!! Get the Crabchetta..... yummo.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 September 2013

Ok, so we all know that Ocean City is full of, well, crap food. So, as we are driving up Coastal Highway looking for something good to eat, we see the adorable awnings on Lizzie's and after a quick stop at Shell City (LOVE IT) we went to Lizzie's. Quirky? yes. Small? yes. Friendly? very yes. Good food? oh, hell yes.
First, we ordered the crabchetta- as my 8 year old described them "Lumps of crab heaven on bread". They aren't cheap for an appetizer, but when you get it you see why. PILES of crab on baguettes.... and really good. Pizza is AMAZING. unbelievable crust. Salad- Tasted like I just got it out of my garden. Get the Blue Cheese Dressing- amazing. Hot Turkey Sandwich???? Perfect food after being tossed around in the waves all day. Great oatmeal raisin cookies. Cathy, Lizzie's mom is there- she is very friendly. Our waiter was super nice too- young man from Moldova (Danu?). Chef came out and talked to us- Great food- GO GO GO.

“Cozy touch of home”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 August 2013

We stumbled on this gem while searching for a moderately priced restaurant for our family of four. We were immediately greeted and seated. We were there on a slow night and had the owner and her husband chef spoil us with great service, food and conversation. We had salmon, crab roll, turkey and pasta. The crab and salmon were the best we've ever had. large portions, all lump crab, totally melt your mouth knock you over goodness. All were made fresh with quality ingredients. No factory made food here. No fake food or preservatives you get at big chains. This place is cozy and feels like home. We're going back a few more times before we leave. FYI the portion sizes of pasta and turkey with gravy and mashed potatoes are huge. You can feed two people with each meal.

“Cute and quirky”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 August 2013

Nice to have fresh food... Pizza great, hamburger great, wine good and not too expensive! Crab roll was also good, but quite expensive...

Would like to try for breakfast...

My son said it was indeed the best pizza in OC!

“Good food, cute restaurant, friendly service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 August 2013

This is a good restaurant in OC!!! I had a cup of the Maryland crab soup, it had a nice heat, full of lumps of fresh crab and vegetables. I also split a pizza with the kids and it was the best pizza I've had at the beach, the soup was the best crab soup I've had anywhere. I'm looking forward to returning later in the week to try breakfast and again for dinner. The food is fresh - really tastes homemade, the atmosphere is nice, and the service was good.

“Best crab cake ever!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 August 2013

We had a fabulous breakfast at Lizzie's today. I had the crab cake and eggs - it was the best crab cake I've ever had! My husband reall enjoyed the blueberry pancakes. It's a darling restaurant and we'll be back to sample more items from the extensive menu.
