We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City for 2 nights (4/28 & 4/29). Before we even started our trip, we knew how helpful the staff was. I called the day before arriving to change our reservation for a different room and Charde helped with our room request and was very friendly over the phone. I was able to meet her in person before we checked out and she was just as friendly in person. We checked in and met Zack at the front desk. He was also very pleasant and offered to upgrade us to a bay front room free of charge. We appreciated that very much - even though the rainy weather didn't allow us to enjoy the balcony. The view was really nice. Everyone we encountered working at the hotel seemed to enjoy their job. Cleanliness is a priority with us and it was clearly a priority to the hotel staff as we could tell from the way they kept cleaning and refreshing the items in the breakfast area. Also the one night we were in the indoor pool area, someone was there cleaning that space too. We loved the rooms and always look for hotels that change the duvet covers between guests as this one does. This time of year is off peak so the hotel was quiet which we enjoyed. We will definitely stay at this hotel when in the Ocean City area again.
