We stayed there over the July 4th weekend.
I am not sure how old this hotel is, but it definitely is not the most modern one.
They have parking in the back, but you need a pass to be displayed on the dashboard. They only give you one pass/room, so if anyone is meeting up with you there, it makes the parking situation a little tricky. There are some spots in front of the hotel, which are open to anybody, but they are pretty much taken all the time.
You can step out of the hotel right to the beach, which is very convenient.
The rooms are showing some aging.
The water pressure in the shower is terrible. It makes it hard to get the sand off.
Rooms have balconies. It is one big long balcony with dividers. There is not much privacy there. You can hear everything the people in the next balcony are saying. If someone smokes in the balcony nextdoor, you are inhaling the smoke.
Sound proofing is pretty bad in this hotel. You can hear people flushing the toilet in the rooms next to you and above you. You can hear the people talking in the hallway, kids running in the hallway.
Rooms have AC, which works well.
They have a small swimming pool in the parking lot, but we went to the beach.More
