From the wonderful staff, to the beautiful views, to the awesome cookies Osprey Point is a place for relaxation and romance. The views at every angle and the fun like the conversations during the wine tasting make this a destination everyone must experience.

We enjoyed greatly our visit during a cool April weekend. The grounds are expansive and well kept with pretty views of Haven Harbor and the Marina. The Inn is a well done and nicely appointed reproduction colonial building. The property gives the sense of being a labor of love.
We arrived on a stormy Friday, had an outstanding dinner in the first floor restaurant and walked up two (steep) flights of stairs to our cozy third floor room. Very nice. Rock Hall is spread out and flat so the complementary bikes are a good touch.Osprey Point is not a "mom & pop" B&B for better or for worse -- a little less interaction with the innkeepers and other guests, but a greater feeling of privacy and freedom.
We chose the third floor Shamrock room because we knew the second floor is right over the restaurant. The third floor was very quiet, and the sitting area with little fridge was helpful, but the Shamrock bathroom was pretty small -- very efficiently laid out and usable however. The mattress was probably right for most folks, but not as firm as some might prefer. As one would expect in a colonial building the third floor windows were small, but the views lovely.
We recommend a trip to the Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge just 15 minutes south and Cbestertown just 20 minutes northeast.

We were looking for a romantic getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We couldn't have chosen better. We chose a room in the Annex -- it was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. Water views were very pretty. We for to see all the rooms in the main Inn when we arrived -- they were all beautiful and inviting. The staff was warm and welcoming. We will be back!

We loved the setting of both the main inn and the annex. Both are on the water - the annex is on a marina with spectacular views of the Chesapeake Bay; the main inn is on a smaller body of water with lovely views. The location near the Eastern Neck NWR, Chestertown, and the town of Rock Hall provides opportunity for birding, walking, and additional dining. We stayed in a lovely, spacious, Bay view room at the annex and enjoyed our morning walks to the inn for our wonderful, plentiful breakfasts. Dinner at the inn was creative with fresh seafood. We look forward to staying at the Inn at Osprey Point again in warmer weather.

I have been to Rock Hall many times by boat. Recently we had a family weekend and stayed at The Inn at Osprey Point and wonderful weekend. The rooms were traditional, warm and cozy, but not crowded. The dinner was excellent, service warm and friendly. Could not have asked for more. We will visit the Inn again.

We were looking for a nice spot for a romantic weekend away from Baltimore and this inn was perfect. The room on the third floor was very tasteful and inexpensive, the innkeeper was warm, and the breakfast-apple French toast and asparagus quiche-was the best I've ever had at a B & B. It's right on the water. Rock Hall is not that interesting but it is right on the Chesapeake bay. Nearby is Chestertown, which is more interesting and Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge is even closer and we saw bald eagles and other great birds there close up. We at at the Inn's restaurant, which had excellent food and romantic atmosphere.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying two weekend stays at the Inn at Osprey Point. Terry, Casey, chef Matt, and the entire staff have gone above and beyond on both occasions to make sure that our ladies group was very well taken care of. The accommodations are lovely - they pay such attention to detail, and the food offered at breakfast and dinner was wonderful. Rock Hall is just a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of metro D.C. and the Inn at Osprey Point is a wonderful place to get away for a break.

Room Tip: Bolero is a lovely room with a fireplace and private sitting area and a king sized bed. Out of your...
