After reading so many negative reviews inbetween a few positive ones, I had to check it out myself. My husband and I went to St. Michael's for a quick getaway. In only 3 hours we were looking at the beautiful view of the harbor. Our room was upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and immaculate, with 2 full walls of the harbor. We were treated with cupcakes the first night, rare for any hotel. Maid service was prompt and the staff was cheerful and helpful. Thought the restaurant was expensive, but found a quaint tavern on Talbot that was delicious--Characters. The specials were great in flavor and price. Shopping was a little expensive, but what do you expect in a small tourist town. The Farmer's Market in Easton was mouth-watering--worth coming off the island. Coming from the Jersey shore, we found a new relaxing place to stay. Definitely recommending St. Mike's and the Harbour Inn to friends. We'll be back:)

Pricey considering room that is in need of updating.
Noisy heating system made it difficult to sleep peacefully.
Additional fee charged at checkout for hotel services that we did not use??
Shown on the receipt as tax. Not sure that is legal.
Another guest gave us the heads up that if staff brought wine glasses to us that we would be charged a $7 fee for that also.
I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was nice, on the water front, and the staff was great! I booked a suit there as a gift for my sister's bridal shower which included a suit, a themed party, and spa credits. The town the hotel is in is very cute and we enjoyed taking the hotel's complementary bikes around town (and to the next town over)! Also, the spa was wonderful.

Hotel staff was top knotch; excellent customer service. Room was spacious & comfortable and swimming pool was nice amenity. The Inn's location was a short walk to town shops and restaurants or we were able to use the hotel shuttle.

I spent the Labour Day weekend at the Inn, it was amazing! I am a chef by trade so the food is one of the most influential parts of any of my holidays, and the restaurant on premis was brilliant. I easily could have eaten my weight in their Maryland Crab Cakes

Stayed at the Harbour Inn this weekend...wonderful waterfront suite! Great balcony with louge chairs. The staff was fabulous...special mention to Jennifer and Carlos! The chef and food there was to die for. The General Manager was charming and very helpful with questions about town and the water taxi. Great value and definitely will return here again!

Suite was 2 long narrow connecting rooms on the first floor, opening onto the marina. Except for the space 2 feet from the door to lawn between our room and the dock, It was very dark and lights available did nothing to offset gloom. Furniture was random and drab, walls were dark and bathroom was nothing more than basic. They had a bike shed full of bikes, many of which had flat tires. Friends stayed in 3rd floor suite that was much nicer and very bright, but they had a huge balcony with only two chairs and two lounges, the rest an empty expanse. Pool was nice. It was glorious to sit and watch the boats on the adirondack chairs on the lawn. Food was good. Just be aware that you are paying only for the view - the room itself did not match even your basic Marriot standards.
