Stayed with my husband while he was here for a week for work. Our room was on the 6th floor facing Deereco Road. Room was quiet no matter what time of the day. Bed extremely comfortable, room very clean and quiet.
The staff are nothing but very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Because of medical reasons, I can't drive, and when I asked the front desk the night before about transportation to the light rail (only a 9 minute walk from hotel) they told me to make sure I called down to the front desk before 7 and they would have someone drive me to the rail. Sure enough, a very friendly staff member drove me to the station and gave me tips on which stops to get off at for different things.
The cleaning staff is awesome! These ladies deserve hugs and praise for a job well done. Not only do they make sure you have what you need but they also care about how your stay is and how the rooms are.
One thing, and it's probably petty of me, is there should be a complimentary breakfast available.
Will definitely be staying here next year with our kids for events in Baltimore (which is only 20 minutes by southbound light rail at 3.50 round trip day pass for use on bus, MTA, and the light rail)
