As newbies to Bolivian cuisine, we were graciously introduced to the menu by the owner. And we are so glad we heeded her advice. The grilled beef ribs (costillas de res) were cut like Korean short ribs but with exquisite Bolivian seasoning. The llajua spicy sauce was fantastic. Wish they sold it by the bottle here. But the best part of the meal was their peanut soup (sopa de maní) cooked in a beef broth with potatoes. Don't leave without trying it! Loved the 80s and 90s Latin music in the background too! A lot of my old favorites. Not everything will be on the menu. Ask if there are specials.
