My husband and I and two other couples had reservations for 5:30 on Sunday night. We were promptly seated as the restaurant was quite empty at that time. Within the hour, the place was filled. I was glad that we had been seated at a private table rather than at the long "communal" table in the center of the room. Our waitress was wonderful. She answered all our questions about the items on the menu; suggested some delicious cocktails when we asked; was attentive, on-the-ball, and friendly. We started with the almond honey brie fondue which was yummy, and fresh bread from a local bakery. Our entrees included pork (the special that evening), scallops, and trout; all of perfect quantity and great quality. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. As for dessert, the chocolate peanut butter brownie was big enough to share and very tasty. We were not quite as impressed with the apple crisp but it was good. To sum it up, although a bit on the pricey side, this was a great dining experience We'll go back, for sure!
