We found this little gem using Trip Advisor. Being rated #1 out of all the restaurants in Brewster was a good sign. We were not led astray. It's a small restaurant that specializes in take-out. There are only a few chairs inside and it's not really set up for indoor dining. There are three picnic tables with umbrellas out front and another couple of tables off to the side (with shade). The menu is chock full of great options for sandwiches, hot dogs, and drinks. The cold lobster roll sandwich was one of the best we've had on the Cape. The restaurant is always busy and when we were there, only one person was taking orders in person and on the phone and also working the till. Three cooks were behind the scenes putting the orders together. However, despite the demands put on her, the lady behind the counter stayed calm, cool and friendly throughout. Most people would buckle under the pressure. This impressed me.
If you eat here, you won't be disappointed with the food, but make sure you have the time. You may have to wait up to 20 minutes to give your order and receive it. Better yet, call in your order ahead of time.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to dine and I highly recommend it.
