“Warm hospitality”
Reviewed 20 July 2013

We found this property on Trip Advisor, which is now my go-to source for referrals on just about all of my travel planning. It did not disappoint and, in fact, was just perfect for us. Their property is serene and beautiful, and the food was delicious. We had an upstairs room that was private and comfortable after days of sight-seeing. Sitting out on Byron and Donna's deck and pool area is also a treat. They attend to all needs but do not compromise guest privacy. Harrison the dog is also a welcome sight for those of us who left pets behind. The location is also very central to most Cape towns and attractions you would wish to visit, including Hyannis, where you can (and should!) get a boat to Nanucket for a day.

Room Tip: Just tell them what you are looking for! I'd generally recommend the upstairs in most cases.

We spent two lovely nights in the Sea Meadow Room. It was beautiful, the amenities and bedding were wonderful! It was relaxing and oh so comfortable. We did not have great weather but were able to use the pool and hot tub which helped us unwind.
Breakfast was delicious and the attention to detail by Donna & Byron were noticed and so appreciated.

Great hosts, lovely and comfortable room, delicious breakfasts, lavender lemonade and cookies in the afternoon, sunny weather, cool water in the bay, in-ground pool surrounded by blue hydrangea bushes, and a great location.

What a terrific find for us. The details are remarkable - cookies, handmade soaps, bath robes, lovely linen. Our stay was just one night but we felt as if we had been away much longer. we will return each year.

we have stayed at this b & b many times and have never been disappointed. The owners are personable and have added a number of nice touches to make us feel welcome. I love the homemade snacks available throughout the day. Breakfasts are decadent, yet healthy. The rooms are very comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. The bed was super comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend this b&b to our friends.

Room Tip: we love the room facing the back yard as you won't hear traffic noise

Fantastic bed and breakfast. Gourmet breakfast kept me going until supper! The room was
spotless and very welcoming. Slept wonderfully. Byron and Donna were the nicest people and the staff were so very accommodating.
Plus, there was a goodie bag to go when you checked out!!
I hope I get an opportunity to get back.

This lovely B&B/inn & spa is just perfect in every way. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and Donna & Byron really have made are that everything is just spot on for their guests. The food is excellent - 3 course gourmet breakfasts that set the standard! The French Toast and the waffles were some of the best I've tasted. There are always a supply of cookies and cold drinks in the reception area and tea and coffee making facilities that guests are encouraged to use. Sherry and port are also left out in the evening and you get a lovely goody bag when you leave. The pool area is lovely and there's a hot tub and on site spa facilities too. Harrison the resident labradoodle is another lovely touch at this wonderful B&B. We can't speak highly enough of this place and Espi the new cook. This was our second stay and it was just a good as the first. We hope to return!
