“Wonderful hotel....”
Reviewed 12 August 2014 via mobile

Loved this hotel. It was a perfect base for us to visit surrounding areas of Boston. I wouldn't recommend it for a Boston holiday as it's too far out but for us this wasn't an issue as we were visiting Lowell.
Facilities here are great. They have everything the traveller could think of. Lovely fresh modern decor and very clean and well kept.
Breakfast was a bit of a scattered affair but no harm done.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was cute but the building is very old. Old doors windows and vent system. The hallways seemed empty and dated as well, they need mirrors or something in the walls or pictures even. The pool is pretty simple no hot tub and very basic. Other hiltons are much nicer this was a little in the lower end i think. Front desk was ok, a little lazy, karen never told us breakfast time, that it wasn't included, or where the pool and fitness was. Not exactly the best service but ok. It was a nice one night stay but i don't think id visit again.

My husband and I booked 2 nights at this hotel. Although the lobby advertises that you can choose the firmness of the mattress from soft to firm by using the dial on the mattress - it just didn't work and the mattress was so worn and soft that we now both have the worst backache! Also the bathtub did not drain very well so taking a shower wasn't a great experience. The breakfast was not too bad but they just did not have enough staff for the number of guests so they just could not keep up with clearing the tables and keeping the buffet refilled. The lobby was very nice and on the positive note the room was very clean and did not smell musty. The nice size fridge was very useful as well. A lot of traffic to drive into Boston.

We stayed at this hotel Aug 1st thru Aug 4th, 2014. The friendly and attentive staff made our stay very pleasant. The hotel lobby looks very classy and clean. The lady who checked us in tried to accommodate our friend who arrived the following day (no charge for the extra person) by providing us with extra beddings (although no cot - against fire code regulation which we understand). Our room was clean with the queen sized beds quite comfortable. I liked that we have a fridge with freezer, microwave oven and even a Keurig coffee maker in our room! The staff promptly provided our requests for additional towels and toiletries - we didn't have to wait long.

The hotel is only a few minutes away from the Burlington mall and about 25 mins to downtown Boston. It's very easy to find, very close to the highway. There are a lot of restaurants around the area if you don't like to eat in the hotel restaurant. There's even a Chinese grocery store which is walking distance from the hotel. We're not able to try the pool and fitness centre as we didn't have time but the fitness centre looked nice and clean from the outside. My friend tried the breakfast and he enjoyed it. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I go back to Boston.

This hotel was clean, helpful, friendly, and had free parking. We stayed here to have proximity to the Lexington Green and Concord Historic sites and it was a perfect pick. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (Hilton Gold members) and my kids (11 and 13) liked the pool. This was a great, clean, easy place to stay in the Burlington area. Easy to find and close to a mall for good dining options too.

No problems, very nice stay. We were in town for the Yankees - Red Sox game and this hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. It allowed us easy access to Boston located right off highway and a mall nearby. Plenty of places to eat from steakhouse to fast food.
