We definitely had mixed feelings about this place. Basically the space (the Treetops suite) we had was a decent-sized sitting room with kitchenette and a tiny bedroom (really tiny--I had to get to my side of the bed by crawling into it from the bottom). The bedroom was actually an alcove, not a totally separate room, so we had no real privacy away from our children. Plus our two children's sleeping arrangements were problematic. There was a loveseat that folded out to an uncomfortable iwin bed, a rollaway that folded out to an even more uncomfortable bed, and two thick foam folding mats that were what we ended up using for the kids out of sheer deperation. Nothing was set up for the kids to sleep on when we got there (even though the hosts were well aware we were bringing them), so we had to keep making and unmaking beds for them till we figured out the least uncomfortable option. Definitely not what I want to do when I arrive at a place. The rest of the furniture was stuff you might buy at a garage sale. The landlady brought us a continental breakfast each morning in a basket that consisted of prepackaged-type coffee cake and danish, good fruit salad, and the worst coffee I have had in years.
On the up side, the location was nice and less than ten minutes drive from Old Silver Beach (a fabulous beach), we had a cute little balcony with a view of a cranberry bog, the hosts were friendly, and the price was certainly right--$149 a night, tax included. Most of the other B&Bs in the area seem to be well over $200 a night in the summer, and very few of them allow young children.
