The only way these people stay open are to rent weeklys to every drug dealer on Cape Cod. If youre looking for crack cocaine, heroin, pills, etc. then this is the place for you. Nevermind the conditions of the rooms would qualify for breeding grounds for every life-threatening disease out there. Never have we been treated so rudely or considered calling an authority on someone like we felt after leaving this sewer pit. When we asked for clean towels at the office at 4 p.m. not only did they not have clean towels, but we were nearly bowled over by the stench of alcohol on the man's breath and was told to go away. This place isnt suitable for your worse enemy.

We were looking for a late night stopping point on our way to the Outer Cape. We had a fine time staying here -- it served our needs. I would only recommend it to the weary traveller, not somewhere to seek out as a destination. We asked for a standard room and got a large room with 2 queens, which we were happy about. There was cable tv, and a clean enough bathroom. Our bedsheets were clean.

The carpet was old and needs to be replaced and the pool was not in working order as others have mentioned in their reviews.

Overall, we were happy to find something under $100 on Cape Cod available to us late-night travelers, but next time I would stay somewhere cleaner, back in Plymouth or further on the Cape.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever slept.

We quickly found out the hard way what $90 a night will get you.

The broken ‘motel’ sign should have been a good enough indicator of what’s to come.

The pictures are deceiving.

This place would be cleaner if it was on fire. Dust, hair, smell of cigarettes in a supposed nonsmoking room filled the place.

Toilet was clogged. Owners could not find the plunger because there was only one and everyone had to share it

Pool was empty except for the rain water gathered at the bottom.

All the flower boxes were full of whiskey bottles and/or cigarettes.

Crew did not care how our stay was.

The only good thing I can say is that you spend more quality time on the cape at the beaches and shopping because the location is decent and you would do anything you can to avoid catching any diseases here. Nobody returned to their rooms until late at night.

It was the closest cheapest hotel in the area so we didn't expect much, but it could've been much nicer. Location isn't bad but everything else was. Ok for a last minute but wouldn't do it again.

This was the most discusting motel I ever checked into it. The rooms were dirty and the sheets looked llike they had been slept on. The room had a strange odor to it. The pool was green and dirty ( in August) It is hard to believe that this place is actually in business. We asked the manager to replace the filthy bedspread with a clean one and when he ignored our request we decided thsat we could just not stay there as it was so dirty. Therre were ants crawling around in the room and stains on all the furniture. We informed him that we were not comfortable with the room and could not stay and wanted a refund to which he responded to with profanity and verbal abuse. We were shocked and speechless at how we were treated. This was a HUGE mistake.

Nothing liked stated on Expedia. We feel obligated to write a more descriptive review to warn others of what this motel was like. First, when we arrived, the clerk at the front desk "mumbled overbooked, tried to call", and we were not altogether sure what he said. But we ended with a room that had double beds, not the king we booked. When we got to the room, after a long ride on our Harley, we were happy that at least it was warm, but the room was dated and dirty. The shower had pubic hairs on the walls, and the sheets had stray strands of hair. The carpet had cigarette burns, the pool was not open (in August), and the place smelt musty. We were afraid to walk barefoot in the place. We sucked it up because on a motorcycle, your options are pretty limited at night. As far as we know, we were not informed of any breakfast. We were charged $118.00 for a room that was worth $40, regardless if it is in the Cape. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and stay at a reputable hotel/bed and breakfast.

When we entered the room we noticed a bad smell, which never went away during our stay.
The bed was very smelly and the pillowcases did not seem to have been changed after the last guest had left.
There was a full ashtray in the room. Everything seemed dirty and grubby.

When checking the shower we found a washing cloth, used soap and hairs inside the shower, the bathroom wasn't clean at all.

One evening, when we arrived at the motel after having been at the Cape, we found that our food which was stored in a bag had been thrown away. We had a fruitless discussion about that which led to the staff behaving unfriendly and offended.

Do not ever set a foot close to this motel, not even if you are looking for cheap rates! The whole motel is one big nightmare!
