72 hrs. (which is the company's deadline to change/cancel reservations) prior to our zip-lining reservation on Oct. 1st, the weather forecast was for 40% chance of showers. That morning the forecast changed to 70-80% chance of rain...and despite phone calls to Berkshire east from two members of our group of six, they would not cancel or reschedule our Valley Jump tour!! We made the 1 -1/4 hr. drive to the facility, spent the next three hours in the pouring rain with temperatures in the 50's zipping along 6 different lines---in the fog, to boot! With no views whatsoever of the surrounding Berkshire hillside, soaking wet and freezing cold, we brought our first--and ONLY visit to Berkshire East Canopy Tours to a soggy conclusion. $660 spent for a day of pure misery!!
