Anyone that reads my reviews knows that I love pancakes and do not eat eggs. It is a chore for me to locate restaurants that do a good job on pancakes and this is the second one I found in two days on Cape Cod. I was a little hesitant since the pancakes were described as lemon Ricotta pancakes when blueberry are my favorite. These turned out to be outstanding. The full order was 3 large pancakes. Two would have been more than enough. I did find out, after the fact, that one pancake could be ordered but one is too few and three too many. I hate to waste food! The pancakes came with REAL maple syrup and various berries. Please see photo.
This eatery is located at the local airport where private plans fly in and out. The wait at 10:30 AM was about 45 minutes but the weather was great and the plane activity was active which made the time go by quickly. The coffee was excellent and the bacon was made to my specifications, very well done. Angela was a great waitress providing additional syrup and many coffee fill ups. There is no way to avoid the wait especially on the weekend so you need patience. The place is very small and extremely loud. Outside seating is available at the bar type of seating but we waited for an inside table.
Tomorrow we plan to try the last pancake place on our list called Grumpy's in Dennis. I will review that place tomorrow.
