“WOW! Attention all pancake lovers.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 July 2014 via mobile

Anyone that reads my reviews knows that I love pancakes and do not eat eggs. It is a chore for me to locate restaurants that do a good job on pancakes and this is the second one I found in two days on Cape Cod. I was a little hesitant since the pancakes were described as lemon Ricotta pancakes when blueberry are my favorite. These turned out to be outstanding. The full order was 3 large pancakes. Two would have been more than enough. I did find out, after the fact, that one pancake could be ordered but one is too few and three too many. I hate to waste food! The pancakes came with REAL maple syrup and various berries. Please see photo.

This eatery is located at the local airport where private plans fly in and out. The wait at 10:30 AM was about 45 minutes but the weather was great and the plane activity was active which made the time go by quickly. The coffee was excellent and the bacon was made to my specifications, very well done. Angela was a great waitress providing additional syrup and many coffee fill ups. There is no way to avoid the wait especially on the weekend so you need patience. The place is very small and extremely loud. Outside seating is available at the bar type of seating but we waited for an inside table.

Tomorrow we plan to try the last pancake place on our list called Grumpy's in Dennis. I will review that place tomorrow.

The breakfast here is incredible. So many great, fresh choices & breakfast specials. Go early or before you're too hungry because it is very popular.

“Yummy Breakfast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 July 2014 via mobile

Have heard a lot about Hangar B and for years it has been on my list. Finally made it and WOW what a delicious breakfast. First and foremost, get there early. By 8 am there was a half hour wait. We arrived around 7:05 am. We enjoyed the chocolate croissant French toast with fresh berries and the omelette of the day - balsamic roasted crimini mushrooms with arugula and cheddar. Perfectly cooked. Fresh bread toasted golden brown and homemade jam. I had raspberry red wine and thyme jam and also a balsamic strawberry. Portions are generous. Home fries were baby potatoes quartered and roasted to a nice crunch on the outside. For parents of small children they provide the sippy cups which seems like a real bonus for those traveling and visiting the cape. Everything is homemade - views are of the airport watching planes land and take off. Not an inexpensive breakfast, but very much worth the price. Definitely give it a try!

“Yummy donuts!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2014

Cool little place in the hanger of Chatham airport (CQX). It is small so get there early or be prepared to wait a bit. It is worth it. The breakfast sandwich on a croissant is HUGE! You literally can not pick it up, you have to use a knife and fork. The special omelet of balsamic marinated mushrooms is to die for, so good. But do not miss out on the homemade donuts. We had the potato and buttermilk and it was banging!
