Must stay! Great service! The pool is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Have been coming here for five years and our only regret is that we don't stay for a longer period of time!

My visit to Pleasant Bay Village could not have been better! Everything about the resort shows great thought and effort. The grounds are stunning and so well manicured. The rooms are lovely...the kitchen unti is nicely appointed, the modern bathroom was spotless, and the rest of the room very clean and nicely furnished. The staff in both the office and breakfast room made every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. I have to disagree with some of the other reviews...I see no reason to include breakfast in the cost of the room. The prices are reasonable and the fare more enjoyable than at most of the "free" buffets. We enjoyed the lovely pool and spa as well. The five minute ride into the center of Chatham was easy and the free parking was plentiful. I treasured every minute of my birthday vacation and know that we will return to Pleasant Bay in the future!

We were upgraded to a super chalet as it was the beginning of the season, and we were going to stay a few days. The staff were very helpful and advised us about the local amenities. everything was super clean and the gardens were really lovely and well thought out. A good beach was very close. Sadly the pool was being modernised and was not open.

Room Tip: Spend as much as you can, maybe cheaper options are noiser. It was very quiet when we went.

We have stayed here over the 4th of July for years now....usually 3-4 nights. Pleasant Bay never fails to provide a comfortable stay. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. The gardens on the property are fun to explore year to year to see what has been added. We have found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating providing us with help from everything from finding great restaurants in the area to allowing for extended checkout when needed.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room with a balcony...they are private and provide a good space for relaxing.

This was our second visit to Pleasant Bay. Both stays were very enjoyable. The accommodations are all a bit different and all are well laid out for both privacy and comfort. On this recent stay we had a private garden space and water feature near our deck. On both our stays we were with a group of seven or eight couples so we got to see a variety of rooms. The grounds are immaculate and adorned with lovely gardens, fountains and whimsical sculptures. The staff are unobtrusive, courteous and conscious about their work. The restaurant serves a good variety of breakfast dishes and the food is excellent. The inn is well located for trips to P-Town and many local beaches, villages and nearby restaurants. You will not be disappointed if you choose to visit this inn. We will definitely return ourselves.

Great place to stay! Loved the pool and so did the kids!!! We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath - living area/kitchen/dining area/closed in porch/back deck. Rooms were very nice, decorated very cute and everything was very cozy. The grounds were beautifully landscaped everywhere and was very clean. Family friendly, but also quiet. We would definitely go back and would also recommend!!!

Loved it! Quaint Cape Cod setting a short ride to the center of Chatham and the Chatham Lighthouse. Extremely clean. Owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful, peaceful zen gardens and pool were immaculately cared for. The room was a bit dated but clean. Can't wait to go back.
