I was caught in the JetBlue disaster of January 2014. I was taken to the residence inn by a friendly shuttle driver, helped by the friendly front desk staff and checked into a large, clean room with kitchenette. I went down to the bar latter for a burger, food was good and again v friendly service. The free breakfast the next morning was amazing! I came in extremis, but I left content!

Our flight was cancelled and we were sent to the Residence Inn for the night. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. Our modern room had a large screen tv, a full kitchen and a comfortable bed. The bar had a limited menu, but the bartender/ waitress/ busboy was very sociable and efficient.
This is definitely the place to stay for an early morning flight from Logan, the shuttles begin at 4 am.

I only stayed one night at this hotel but found it to be a very pleasant stay. It was plenty spacious complete with a little kitchen and den area. Plenty of closet and dresser space. The ride to and from the hotel is via a complimentary shuttle service and can be set up through the front desk. The shuttle driver can even take you to the nearest T stop for public transportation which was a nice added service. The front desk can just as easily help set you up with a taxi service if you didn’t rent a car. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

The breakfast was complimentary and quite delicious. They had an assortment of hot items (i.e., eggs, bacon, breakfast burritos, oatmeal) and cold items (i.e., yogurt, fruit, cereal). The breakfast burritos were definitely a winner. From the outside it doesn’t look like anything special, but I was very impressed with the modern décor and cleanliness of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed overnight at Residence Inn for an early morning flight out of Logan. Arrived Sunday evening, fast check-in as there was no one else in the lobby. Studio suite with king bed was very nicely appointed. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, coffee maker/coffee, dish towels, etc. Nice little countertop with two bar stools for dining. Very large HD television on a swivel to swing into the living room area which had a l-shaped sectional, coffee table and a large desk and task chair for working. Nice power strip nearby for computer/etc. Only problem was poor reception on the television - many of the channels had no signal - like CBS or NBC - windy? King bed was nice, variety of pillows. Heater unit was next to the bed, so that was a little noisy and a little breezy when it came on. Bathroom was nice - textured tile-like flooring, shower was large, with a glass door.

Too late for dinner so the bar has a menu of about 10-12 items - burger, wings, salads, some sandwiches - which are made on premise. OK choice if you can't or don't want to leave hotel.

Only downside, was the route to the airport. Not far from the airport - like 3 miles, but the route is not direct, and without a GPS in the car, forget about it. Even then, I ended up exiting at the wrong exit, found the hotel with no problem. The early departure at 6:30 I ended up stuck as a bridge opened to let a boat through the channel - sat there for a good 15 minutes.

Liked the hotel, glad not to have to pay $35 for parking overnight, like at Embassy Suites or Hilton at the airport. Everything else seemed fine, but make sure you have time to get to the airport and have a GPS. Desk representative gave me instructions to the airport on a little sheet, but at 630 AM in the dark on side streets, not something I could even read, so I relied totally on the GPS.

We have had several different family members stay at this hotel for the past 2 months. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond day and night to meet your needs. We can not thank them enough for being our family away from home. Special thank you to Joe who was a real friend when we needed cheering up during our difficult time.

We chose this lodging based on its proximity to Logan Airport (3 miles) and its price. While it's off the beaten path and lacks a T station, it's also a third less expensive than downtown hotels and includes free parking. The common areas are very clean, there is a small pool and exercise area, and a hot breakfast is included. Our suite was well-equipped. The bed and bedding was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the hotel is quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly. No complaints from us. We'd stay here again.

I don't know how a hotel can be much better. The layout of the suite was well thoughtout and innovative. We took others' advice and got a room on the top floor. We were there on a weekend, so there was not construction work being done. While it could be a little awkward getting into Boston, it is more than worth the inconvenience for the hotel savings. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. All in all, a great experience - wish I could have stayed longer.

Room Tip: Higher floors are better
