My husband and I stayed at the Dalton House which is a very nice house. It was very clean and it was pretty close to everything. However, the first problem started when the inkeeper opened the door to our room. She had never said that we were going to be staying in twin beds. They were not even made up to be a king! Our bathroom was across the hall which was slightly inconvenient. Luckily we didn't have to share it. I believe an inkeeper should inform you of these things and allow you to make your choices.
The inkeeper was a little on the cold side and did not make us feel at ease and welcome. The breakfast was on the shabby side and if you asked for something she made you feel like you were bothering her. I think she tried her best but you can see she is not 100% happy about serving you. For the price of this B&B you can do better elsewhere.
