“Very disappointed”

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and the first time was excellent, which is why I came back... This time my room had the worst smell to it... I never usually leave bad/good reviews but I had to say something this time... The carpet probably needs cleaning..

Our family (32 adults and children) attended the Easter Brunch and were very happy! The food choices were plentiful, something for everyone and very good. We never felt rushed, the staff was very welcoming and were very sweet with the children. The Easter bunny was there for pictures and the kids had fun with an egg hunt, a good time was had by all! We will go back again next year.

It started off to a great weekend. Took the kids to the waterpark for a few hours before check in. Had some lunch and was able to check into our room a little early which was a life saver (we had a 3/mo old in need of a nap) Room was nice until we sat down, seemed the bed was broken in half. Called the front desk and they quickly changed our rooms. Unfortunately, the 2nd room had a HUGE stain which looked cruded over and gross so they upgraded us. The new room was HUGE and the kids loved it. No complaints this time! :) until 11pm when the people across the hall decided to be disrespectful and loud (Kids screaming & doors slamming) Security responded quickly but it didnt stop. Finally the people were asked to leave (not without a fight first). Come morning, the manager gave us complementary breakfast and apologized profusely. I thank the staff so much for taking care of our issues promptly. We will probably stay again just because of the great service we received though I recommend they do some updating of their rooms.

On our bustour from Washington DC to Canada we stayed in this great Hotel for one night.Big and clean rooms with splendid TV screan so I could watch the sportchannels in Cinema style.
Breakfast was OK and service very good.We had diner in the restaurant ...food quality was OK but waiters were we think in training or.......in trance Maindisch was served before starters etc.Overall
Triple A Hotel.

overall, very nice. a little pricey at the bars and resturaunt . awesome breakfast buffet. pools overly chlorinated I guess its better than under. not much locally maybe they could throw local packages together as an offer. the aquarium, museums in boston ,theatre or sporting events

not enough areas to find breakfast in the hotel. It was either the small area that had starbucks and muffins or the buffet which was 12.00 per person, having 3 children with me I knew that spending 12.oo on each child and having them eat a little was not something I wanted to do. To be family friendly, especially around school vacation, there should have been something more reasonable.

Though please note that our breakfast buffet is $7 for children ages 5-13, and children under 5 eat free. DoubleTree Hilton was awsome! Clean, well kept hotel that gave our baseball team Xaverian a great rate on our rooms. The staff was so helpful & pleasent, hats off to them. They even added a comp breakfast, THANK YOU,
