Was there for the 2014 USS Boston Reunion. The service was good, the hotel room was clean with ample and toiletries/towels/pillows, etc. Easy to get to off the Interstate. Located outside Boston proper, so shuttles are needed unless you choose to drive into the city for anything.

Thank you for your review. I am so glad to read that you were able to experience our hotel’s great guest service, cleanliness and convenient access from I-95. Our location is a short 30 minute drive from downtown Boston and there are several options available for guests who wish to visit downtown Boston, just see one of our Bell Staff to assist in coordinating transportation. We stayed with a military reunion group and the facility worked perfectly for us. From the grounds to the bathrooms it is very clean and up to date. Check in and out were very smooth and the billing accurate. Although we did not use the adjacent water park many of our group said it was also first class. Plenty of parking.

Nice hotel, clean,good amenities, and food on site. There is an attached athletic facility or gym with all the equipment you would need along with a spa. There is also a water park and conference center attached. Staff was courtious and attentive.

I've stayed at this hotel before and it's always very clean. The front desk staff are some of the best i have ever encountered anywhere. Their training must be top notch. As always, this particular check in was no different. quick, helpful (looked up my rewards account#), professional and courteous.

We stayed in a Family room. The fist room was on the lower level. It was dark, gloomy and had a musty smell. We requested a another room but on an upper level. The only Family rooms are on the first and second level and they do not have elevators (which was fine. Stairs were not bad). The ice in the fridge in the 2nd room was over 2inches thick. One of the TV's had some channels that kept going in and out. Both remotes worked half the time. The TV in the Children's side did not have Parental Control and not Children's channels. The is a constant humming noise at night. Probably coming from the mechanics that control the Pool at the Coco-Keys side. Food is too expensive. Continental Breakfast is $12 per person.

Dear William G,

I am sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our family rooms are located in a separate area of the hotel; they do offer the best location if you are here to enjoy CoCo key Waterpark and are designed with families in mind. I apologize that your refrigerator was not set properly upon your arrival. Our family rooms offer two televisions, one in the main bedroom and one in the children’s area. We offer several channels for children on all of our televisions, in addition to local and national networks. I am sorry to read that your remotes were not working properly during your stay; we do have engineering staff to address any concerns such as this, just contact the CAREline operator anytime 24/7. We have several breakfast options in the hotel, from a quick bite at our Starbucks Market to À la carte, Continental, or Hot buffet in our Tradewinds Restaurant or relax and order room service. There are several package rates that include breakfast with your room rate and offer the most value. Thank you again, we hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future.

I enjoyed my stay at the Double Tree in Danvers, MA. The rooms were very clean. The only think I was disappointed in is, I called for Room Service to bring me coffee creamers after I had made a cup of coffee and realized I didn't have any and it took them 50 minutes to bring it to my room. By the time the creamers came my coffee was cold. I had to call down to the front desk twice. That was not quality service.

I would absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone. Staff are so kind & willing to answer any questions or help any way they can. My favorite part was the complimentary breakfast!!! After the coco key visit the day prior, the breakfast buffet was an amazing way to recharge. the stay was all around Amazing & I plan on going again & staying longer.
