“Delicious Home-made pasta and friendly staff”
Reviewed 2 June 2014

The home-made pasta has been consistently delicious here on our 3 visits, and the shrimp fra diavlo was particularly tasty. The staff was not from Italy, but from Ecuador and Peru (a first for us!) They spoke good English and were very attentive to our needs. The prices were not outrageous and we just finished eating the leftovers this evening, which were almost as good as the first time! The drinks are generous portions as well.

“Food was ok, service was not”
Reviewed 21 April 2014

New owners and menu in 2013. The food was ok, not special and the service was surprisingly poor. Not a good sign for a market that has 800 + restaurants and draws from the NYC and Boston markets. At the end of our forgettable meal the staff was clearly anxious for us to leave and even spoke amongst themselves about our lingering out loud. Note: there were empty tables and we were not the only occupied table. Very amateur hour behavior. Needless to say we have not been back. They will have to kick it up a level, this season if they hope to make it.

“Maybe it's changed since opening....”
Reviewed 15 April 2014

But our experience for dinner was just OK. Didn't care for the choices on the menu and the prices for what you were served. Not the most outstanding meal we've had. So many places to go that I doubt we will return unless we start hearing that it's changed.

“Very Good, Lots of Offerings”
Reviewed 15 April 2014 via mobile

PR has been open for a few years and we hadn't thought to try it. We were glad we made the atop. The decor is clean and fresh making this a bit more of an up scale experience. The waitstaff is very nice but seems to be still learning the skills. The food was very good with a prix fix that had many of the same items as the main menu. I enjoyed the Salmon Provincal although it was just a bit over cooked. My wife had the fettuccine carbonara and it was excellent. The Tiramisu was delightful- light and fresh. Would definitely return to sample more from the menu.

“Terrific. We had the Prix Fixe and the quality of the food, and the delicious preparation amkes tis a winner in my book”
Reviewed 21 February 2014

Had the prixe fixe and started with appitizer/salad choice (generous cesear salad) - entree (lamb shanks with risotto) glass of chianti/beer and cheesecake (nice selection) for dessert - all for $25.00.
This this is for winter I think - - and a great buy. Service very pleasant ans attentive, restaurant clean and colorful and all around a great bargain/treat. Try it - you'll like it.
