“Lovely beach with easier access”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 September 2013

Plenty of handicapped parking. Easy walk to see beach from observation point even for someone on a cane. Actual access to the beach difficult for someone on a cane since down a steep hill. Take binoculars to see the seals out in the water.

Soft sand, roaring blue ocean, bobbing seals. Thank you President Kennedy for preserving heaven on Earth.

“Another Beautiful Cape Cod Beach”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 September 2013

This was a lovely beach. There is a lot of parking for the off season, but certainly not enough for the summer. Good thing there's a shuttle. There are restrooms and outdoor rinse showers. We were there mid-morning, but there were still pink and orange sunrise streaks across the sky. The water was beautiful, the sand soft and clean, and there were even some seals sunning themselves farther down the beach.

“Lovely beach”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 September 2013

We loved seeing the sea lions and seals in the water and loved the beach, it was so pretty. Take binoculars with you for sure to see all the wildlife and know that you have to take a shuttle to the beach and park your car a fair distance away. There is no close parking lot except for handicap parking. I also loved the bike path at the beach, very nice. The bathrooms were also SUPER clean.

“Good size waves!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 August 2013 via mobile

Beach is clean and large. Sand is nice and waves are big. Cost is $15 a day. You do need to take a trolley/bus to get to beach from parking lot. Bathrooms are clean. No snack bar so bring your own food. Beware lots of seaweed! Overall good experience.
