I traveled to Cape Cod with a large group to take part in the Sea Turtle Rescue Program in early December. Our stay at the Inn was absolutely fabulous. The organization and prep for a large group seemed very simple for them. The rooms were unique and comfortable, the Inn was large and welcoming and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Little details like hand-written welcome cards on the bed, to fresh baked cookies and cider waiting for us were simply charming. Must come back!

Room Tip: All the rooms were great. There is a private cottage with 3 suites if you need bigger rooms. Some ro...

A classy establishment with first-class service. Staff made us feel most welcome. Inn is located across the street from the National Seashore Welcome Center. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise as well.

Everything is just so nice from cookies on arrival, hot coffee and spiced apple in the common area make you feel at home. Then it is located just about across the street from the National Seashores park, and not far from Marconi station. Just a short trip to the arts and restaurants of Provincetown or the restaurants right there in Eastham. The connection with Henry Beston, the "Thoreau" of the Cape is interesting too. Excellent!

We were lucky enough to spend 7 nights at the Inn at the Oaks in October and it was the perfect off-season get-away! Everything about the Inn - from the staff to the accommodations to the breakfast to the little "extras" - was well beyond my expectation. It had the warm, cozy feel of home with freshly baked cookies and warmed apple cider coupled with an extremely helpful and friendly staff. The house is meticulous clean and the bed was extremely comfortable (we stayed in Henry Beston Suite). Couldn't have asked for a better vacation - looking forward to going back in early spring!

Room Tip: I don't think there's a "bad" room in the Inn.

We stayed at a “Suite” at the Inn at the Oaks in Eastham MA.
From the pictures on the web it seemed to be a very nice looking place, to stay for a couple of days.
We decided to get a suite to have a nicer place while we were there.
The people were friendly when we checked. The main house was very nicely maintained and furnished. I thought it was going to be a nice place to stay until we were shown the suites that were located in what looked to be a remolded barn of some type. The furnishing seemed mismatched and cheap. The shelving unit was made of raw 2x4 type wood (not even finished). But the big disappointment was in the bathroom. The shower enclosure was made of aged wood. It looked like it was taken from some old building that had been torn down. It was so short overhead that when I showered I kept bumping my hands on the ceiling. The worst part was the aged wood smelled badly when it got wet with the water from the shower. It was a dreaded part of my stay to have to take a shower there. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. So it was hard to get a good nights sleep.
We didn’t go there to watch television, but did want to see the news etc. in the evening. The television in the room was very small. It was hard to see that small of a television. It seemed to be cheap for a suite.
I think the people that worked there seemed friendly and tried hard to make it a nice stay. The big disappointment was the (lack of) quality of the rooms.
We were able to find other places close on Cape Cod that were similar in price (or less) for nicer accommodations.
