Simple summer cottage, clean and cared for in quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to family friendly bay beach on the road. (I wouldn't recommend the wooded very narrow path due to ticks prevalent in the area). . Adequately stocked kitchen. One disadvantage is pillows and blankets are not provided which was nuisance as I came by plane. Conveniently located to many attractions. Very easy booking procedure and cleaning deposit returned promptly. Outdoor shower was quite unique! Would enjoy returning next year.

1 review The short walk to the beach with a 2.5 year old was excellent. We loved the private quiet yard. The communication response was outstanding and helpful. The cottage is quite retro which has its charm. The limited number of outlets was a bit of a trial with our devices. It was a surprise to not have pillows included. We know to bring linens but were not prepared for no pillows. Not having a fan on a muggy day is a bit unpleasant and no mention of that in the description- folks should know to bring their own. My recommendation would be for folks to know the sparse amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is small but it is very comfortable and charming. It is very close to the beach so you can enjoy sunsets and night skies without having to drive and pay for a parking. There is a grocerie store 5 minutes away. We would definitely recommend it.

Cottages are cute located on a dead end drive . Children had a nice yard to play and private bay side beach is about a three minute walk down a path through the woods .great cape location with tons of day trips only a short ride .ocean side beaches about a five minute ride.close to grocery stores ,fish markets fishing jetty and bike path just down the road .i like the availability to rent one,two ,or three cottages ,we often have friends or other family join us and makes for a great vacation .hope you enjoy it as much as we have .
