Immaculately presented room in a fantastic Inn. The room had a very good size en-suite bathroom and a large walk in closet. What set this apart from so many other places we have stayed is the overall quality of the furnishings, decor etc - we had just stayed in the Taj Boston, and this Inn beats it hands down.
Jim and Maureen were wonderful hosts. They went the extra mile such as driving us to the ferry terminal for a trip to Martha's Vineyard (and lent us a bag for towels, swimmers etc !).
The little extras also add significantly to the overall experience, coffee machine, fresh milk in fridge, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, cokes / Pepsi in fridge.
Breakfasts were tip top quality, Jim's Belgian waffles with Vermont maple syrup were a winner, but then so were Maureen's omelettes !
We highly recommend this wonderful Inn.

My girlfriend and I are currently just finishing a few days around New England with the last two nights in cape cod. The night before we stayed here, we hadn't pre-booked, and ended up in a very mediocre place for about $140 in Hyannis. That night we vowed not to make the same mistake. After a little research I came across Siders and the reviews promised something out of this world. A little sceptical that this was possible, we booked anyway.

Firstly Jim was very accommodating in helping us check in later than the stated 6pm latest time (sorry Jim if this now starts a flood of late arrivals!).

When we arrived we couldn't believe how nice the downstairs of the house was including some complimentary (I HOPE they were complimentary) chocolates on the table.

Then when we saw our room (pineapple) we looked around for a minute or two before stopping, looked at each other for a second before jumping up and down with excitement like a couple of children!

The bathroom was great including a hair dryer (the conversation went as follows..."ohhh... no hair dryer, damn they just lost points... YES A HAIR DRYER!!! The points are back!"). The bed extremely comfortable and the room impeccably clean and decorated.

Breakfast the next morning was fresh fruit and a very nice omelette and some charming conversation with the other guest. Jim and Maureen also chipped in with some helpful advice on our next days journey.

The house is just incredible from the outside too and if we ever make it back to cape cod there will only be one place we stay. Even if it means adding an hour drive every day to get to some of the more northern beaches, it's well worth it. I can honestly say i was more impressed with this place than the 5 star Langham in Boston a few nights before.

It really is the nicest place I've ever stayed.

Thanks so much Jim and Maureen.

P.s. I'm so gutted that we missed out on the alleged afternoon snack having never been there during an afternoon. Maybe next time.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Inn at Siders Lane. The Inn is gorgeous and the bedroom was large, immaculate, and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Short walk to downtown Falmouth (great restaurants) and a short bike ride to the Shining Sea bike trail. The owners were very welcoming. We will definitely return and would give it a 5 star recommendation.

This is a really nice place to stay in Falmouth, Jim & Maureen were really nice and very helpful. We stayed in the Oak room and it was really nice, loads of room a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The location is excellent, only 2 mins walk from Main Street bars & restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Cape Cod.
Only minor thing to criticize is breakfast is fixed at 830am, if you are looking for a lie in then no breakfast for you. Not a big issue though.

Perfect location to walk down the Main Street to unique shops and great restaurants. It is also among homes full of history. The Inn is immaculately kept inside and outside by the gracious owners. I loved the breakfasts that offered delicious fresh fruits along with tasty homemade goods. And, afternoons always had ice tea and cookies. This is a beautiful Inn and Maureen and Jim made us feel like family. Yes, we will return!

The Inn at Siders Lane could not be more delightful. The Inn is gorgeous. It is in a prime location, beautifully decorated and impeccably kept. Owners Jim and Maureen are wonderful to talk to, so hospitable and made our weekend-long stay simply ideal. The breakfast both mornings was delicious and offered both sweet and savory components, and the afternoon snack time was terrific as well. Having spent much of the days out of the Inn, we were always so happy to return to a place that was so welcoming and comfortable. During our stay, there was nothing more we could have wanted, as everything (even the smallest details) had already been thought of.

This was our first trip to Falmouth, so deciding on where to stay was a challenge. After our weekend at the Inn, I have no hesitation in recommending this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is looking to have an excellent "home" while in Falmouth.

We would like to start out by saying that this review is LONG over due. We visited the Inn at Siders Lane Bed & Breakfast for the first time in May of 2012 on our honeymoon, our second visit in May of 2013 for our 1 year anniversary. Any hesitations about visiting in May? Both stays brought beautiful, 75 degree weather, making our visit to Falmouth that much better. Can't say enough about how impeccably clean this inn is from top to bottom. Where many other inns lack in service and "home-y" qualities, this inn thrives. One of the biggest things to note is that Jim and Maureen prepare a mouth-watering breakfast. Our first stay, we were served an amazing creme brulee french toast and the second offered a fresh herb omelet. Overall, we would absolutely come again and recommend this inn to all of our friends and family. Jim and Maureen: You have something special.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Pineapple Room but all rooms are excellent!
