My mom & I stayed at Bailey's and out of all my travels around, I have never stayed at a more beautiful, friendly place! Everything was 5 star, from rooms, to home , the view, the fresh baked goodies/breakfast/nightcaps..oceanview, you name it they had it. It truely was the best place I have ever stayed in my whole life.. I will def go back there again some day. Liz, made you feel like a family friend that you've known forever~~ and all the girls that helped there too, were so sweet...Thank-you Baileys for making this trip a memorible one for my mom & me...xoxo

I know I've said this before. Mother daughter getaways are special. Having lost my Mom many years ago, I only had 1 chance to have a getaway with her. Each time a Mom & Daughter come I get to relive that great getaway I had with my Mom. Thank you for Baileys!

We can't say enough about Bailey's by the Sea. Not only is it quaint, but the owners make it feel like home. They are so warm and inviting... the entire staff is, really! And it meant a lot to us that they remembered us 5 years later. Our first trip was to celebrate our engagement and 5 years later, we came back to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. For them to remember us like we were old friends really says alot about how they try and get to know all of their guests like family.

My mom and I recently stayed at Bailey's on our east coast trip and it was the highlight of our vacation! Liz is such a warm, friendly hostess and her positive energy infuses her cozy home. We immediately felt like welcome and cherished guests sitting on the beautiful glassed in porch overlooking the ocean enjoying a glass of wine. Liz's attention to detail, from the way she arranges bathroom towels to her beautifully presented breakfasts, makes this a truly luxurious experience while remaining homey and casual. Remy the greyhound is impossible not to become attached to and a number of visitors, including me, have offered to take him home! The sidewalk on the ocean side provides a great place for a morning walk or run. Thank you Liz for sharing your exceptional gift of hospitality with my mom and me... I can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: We had Traverse City which has an attached bathroom with shower and a beautiful bay window seating a...

Mom & daughter traveling together - such a special time. I'm so honored that you chose to spend time at Baileys. My goal is to make my guests feel "at home". It warmed my heart seeing you & your Mom enjoying this magical spot. Remy certainly enjoyed all the love rubs he received! I think he is becoming a very spoiled boy! Best to both - warm wishes. Liz

This was the start of our 2 weeks on the east coast and what an excellent place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast Liz served was the best and such a beautiful presentation. Liz is very friendly and warm. She was so helpful with directions and things to do in the area. You can see Martha's Vineyard from the elegant enclosed porch. Every room, including the dining, living and porch are decorated very nicely....so pretty and soothing just inviting you in. Remy, Liz's greyhound, is a sweetheart and well behaved. We felt right at home here. This was an excellent place to begin my first east coast trip. I hope to come this way again soon. Thank you Liz for the hospitality.

Room Tip: you can't go wrong with any room, but we preferred to have a private bathroom so you might think...

This was our first outing after our honeymoon. We stayed at Baileys by the sea for 4 nights over the Memorial day weekend. The location is perfect to make a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or to Chatham or Sandwich. P-town is only a little over 90 mins drive. For first 2 nights we had the Worcester room. It doesnt have an attached bathroom. The bathroom is only a few steps away though and Liz had explained it to us before we made our booking. We had no problems with it but it may put off some people. Liz is a delightful hostess. The bed we had for the first night was a little uncomfortable for a couple but Liz had it immediately replaced the next day. The breakfast every morning was delicious. I especially loved the freshly baked bread. The breakfast was different each day. On a rainy day me and my husband just grabbed our ipads and spent the day on the porch reading or watching online tv, taking in the view and enjoying delicious sweet treats made by Liz. Their greyhound Remy is very friendly and we loved having him around. Liz also helped us plan our day trip to p-town giving useful pointers as well as helping with the reservations. After 2 nights we moved into Calgary which is a little more spacious and comfortable than the Worcester and has an attached bathroom. The only tiny flaw i found in the rooms were the beds. They have the ones with wheels attached to them which move everytime u make a movement. I found a pleasant surprise (home made birthday cake) waiting for me in our room on my birthday. Overall a very delightful trip. Kudos to Liz and her team.

Room Tip: Calgary is a good room but I would not recommend Worcester (at the same price) for couples. In Worce...

Your visit did present some challenges - which we both new upfront. What I hadn't planned on was buy a new bed in Worcester - there came the problem . But, changing the bed out after that first night was an improvement. I am a little puzzled about the "wheels" - none of the beds have wheels. Perhaps the frames need to be tightened. I'll check that out. It was fun being able to surprise you for your birthday & helping plan your time when the weather wasn't always willing to co-operate! It was a pleasure meeting you & your "new" husband & we wish you many happy years together! Liz

It's always a pleasure visiting Liz, Jerry, Remy, & the staff at Bailey's. Just spent another amazing visit there, and each time is always a unique & pleasant experience. Breakfasts are always amazing & delicious. Can't get much better, cause this is the absolute best you can get. This is my 'home away from home' place to go to each year!

People always ask what's the best part of running a B&B. My response is always the same - the guests! They're the ones that make it special & keep me going. Returning guests - a highlight & no greater compliment to an Inn. You've grown my circle of friends with your girls getaways! I am going to get those pictures done! I promise! With smiles sent your way. Liz

This is our third trip to Baileys by the Sea and we would love to keep coming back. The breakfast is incredible and Liz is the ultimate hostess. "Sweet treats" on the porch are a lovely way to unwind in the afternoon. The rooms are all lovely, but if you get one without an ocean view, you can get your fill of the water by hanging out on the enclosed porch looking out at Martha's Vineyard. There is a friendly greyhound, which is an added bonus for us but may put off some people.

Room Tip: We have stayed in a different room each time, and Traverse City might be our favorite. This room has...

It's such a warm feeling when someone pulls in the driveway & I see a familiar face. This year the ride you had was pretty special! TC - has to be one of my favorite rooms. I may have told you when you were here, that this winter we had the opportunity to stay in that room while some work was being done on the owners quarters - Pretty spectacular views! I'll be interested in hearing what happened to the special ride! Warmly, Liz
