“Unbelievable place!”
Reviewed 14 May 2014

This small Inn gives you an illusion that you own a sea side mansion. Every single guest feels like he is the only one there and the place caters to all of your needs. Inn provides beach towels, tan lotion, beach chairs, bikes. there is no rent fee. This place is clean, tastefully decorated, and cheerful. The pool is a good size and pool chairs are very comfortable. There is a place outside for a picnic, one can ever BBQ, Don and Walter have everything one need except the burgers. Owners are very knowledgeable about the are and have great tips on outings and restaurants. There is a special notice should be taken about the porch. It is just been remodeled and probably is better that ever, but even the older porch was somewhat a wonder on its own. People navigate towards it in the evening and share stories, laugh, have beer there. It is a place to make friends and hang out. Can not wait to go back.

Room Tip: for trip with kids aim at the rooms by the pool, but if its a romantic getaway, rooms on the second...

The Beach Breeze Inn in Falmouth Ma. is a great little inn. The owner is very knowledgeable about the area and will steer you in the right direction. The inn is great. The pool is a good size and the grounds are beautiful. I rented room W 4 (by the pool) and the bathroom has a great new rain shower and has good storage. The room itself has a kitchenette with all the fixins (coffee maker, frig., micro, toaster oven, cups, glasses, plates and silverware). The room is a good size with 1 double and 1 twin bed. It has a big chest of drawers, flat screen tv, ac, heat, night stand, 4 big windows (very sunny!! loved it, view of vineyard sound) and the most outlets I've ever seen in a hotel room. Very clean and updated. Great area, maybe a 2 minute walk to a beach, 10 min walk to main st. and harbor. Great place!!!

Room Tip: W 4 Sunny/view

Sorry Walt I meant to post this review last year and somehow forgot. My first thought was to write don`t go there! Because if you knew how good this place is I would never get booked in again.. Had so much fun there, never wanted to leave. A real gem. We will be going back!

Room Tip: For visitors from the UK and Europe a double bed is 140cm not 160cm as we are used to. A queen size...

My girlfriend and I stayed here in May, 2013 and are looking forward to our return trip in a couple months. The owners are always able to give tips on where to go and what to avoid in the area, which is a great help in making our trip as pleasant as possible. We love the property and rooms, as well as the location. An all around great place!

The letdown after Christmas is always a tough time and the cold January temperatures and snow this year seemed to make it worse. I love the ocean even in winter so it seemed a perfect time to visit our grandbabies and stay at our favorite Inn on the Cape. Aside from the ideal location(across the street from the beach and a quick walk to town), the Beach Breeze innkeepers always welcome us and make us feel at home. They continue to make improvements and upgrade rooms and landscape with distinctive style and warmth. I love the veranda with rocking chairs, the welcome morning coffee and paper, and an opportunity to visit other guests in the common kitchen area. No matter the season, and we have stayed here often, the Inn is clean, comfortable and charming. A real" pick me up" for January Blues.

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving in Falmouth this year for the first time and it was a perfect opportunity to stay at The Beach Breeze Inn. And, as always, it was great ! Our room was perfect for the three of us. Two separate sleeping quarters with a shared bath. The view of Martha's Vineyard was great. The bathroom was very nice. Tile and marble with a big glass shower stall and plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee the next morning was hot and fresh and a perfect kick start for our trip back to New Hampshire. I have had the opportunity to stay at The Beech Breeze Inn on several occasions and I have never been disappointed. I know you would not be either.

Room Tip: Each is so unique. Talk to the owners and let them know what you need and they will guide you to the...

Before booking this room, I called the inn, making it clear that I was looking for a two-room suite. My wife and I were thinking of bringing her mother, and the need for privacy was paramount. I was assured that our accommodations were two separate rooms. When we arrived, we found that there were indeed two separate sleeping spaces, but there was no door -- only a large open arch -- separating them. If photos of the room had been available online I would have seen this, but they were not available when we booked. We ended up leaving after one night, feeling that we had been deliberately misled by management. We moved to another inn in Falmouth, for less money, and our accommodations were MUCH nicer. The accommodations at the Beach Breeze Inn can most generously be described as 'modest.' This property sells itself largely based on its proximity to the beach - less than a block - but doesn't tell you that this is the crappiest beach on the Cape, right next to a busy highway, very narrow, and more stones than sand. After seeing this, you will want to drive to one of the nicer beaches anyway, so why not stay at another property that has better amenities, at lower prices?
