Cape Cod Campresort & Cabins
Certificate of Excellence
Reviewed 15 October 2013

My husband and I recently purchased a 30 foot Class C Winebago and we made our first Spur of the Moment trip to Cape Cod. We found Cape Cod Campresort & Cabins on line and made a reservation without any problem. We came the first week in October of this year and stayed for 5 days. What a beautiful place! It was a great place for our first camping trip together and we were able to try out all the gadgets on our new RV. The staff was very helpful, the price was right, and it was centrally located so there was no effort getting to all the places that we wanted to see in the Cape Cod area. The other campers we met at the campground were wonderful people and all very friendly and helpful too. Our only disappointment was that it wasn't as close to the water(ocean) as we had hoped. That, however, is not their fault! We really like the place and would use it again if we go back to Cape Cod.

Room Tip: Bring your own camper! :)

We had a great long weekend at your campground!! We loved the Halloween theme & my kids loved the trick or treating!! I think the kids favorite part was that the pool and hot tub were open!! There were lots of activities going on. The staff is very helpful and so nice. We will defitnely be back next year!!

This is by far our favorite campground. The sites are great, amenities great, but also the staff made our trip wonderful despite my own little mishap. We went on a wonderful motorcycle ride down RT 6A (beautiful scenic road recommended by the staff). On our way back we got seperated, with both cell phones in Steve's motorcycle. I returned alone and frantic to the campground, knowing that Steve would drive the whole Cape looking for me if he had to. The staff and fellow campers came to the rescue offering help in contacting and finding Steve. Without the assistance he would have been out there for hours. This is our 4th stay here and we will keep coming back. I could say more about the activities offered the cleanliness, etc. but what I most would tell you. Come visit this campground, you will love it!!!!!!!

We stayed at the campgrounds for 3 nights and enjoyed not only the usual hookups, fireplaces and nice chairs, but a small lake, swimming pool and hot tub. The staff were very helpful in giving directions, recommending places to go and good restaurants. There was plenty of space between units and the cabins appeared well-maintained as well. We enjoyed the campsite as much as visiting nearby towns. This is a well-run and modern campsite for large motor coaches, RVs and for those who want to experience cabin life.

Room Tip: A campsite by the lake is my recommendation.

On a scale of 1 to 10, this place is an 11. From making the reservation over the phone to checking in (and out) on site, staff members were friendly and helpful. We liked the security gate and the fact that the grounds were patrolled by staff on golf carts. The facility has over 225 sites, so there is something for everyone from small tent sites, to larger spots for campers/motor homes, and even a number of cute cabins for rent. Most of the RV sites are paved and level, and include water, sewer, electricity and limited cable. There are numerous amenities including access to Round Pond for boating and fishing (catch and release only). The grounds are immaculate. Some Rv sites have a little more privacy than others so if that's important you might want to check. Our spot was only 2-3 yards away from the next site so offered no privacy. Fire pits and picnic tables are provided at each site, but you cannot bring your own firewood so plan to purchase it there or collect what's on the ground. The prices are very reasonable, and they offer some pretty neat Spring and Fall package deals. This was our first time here but the place shoots to the top of our list. We were here in "off season" so cannot comment as to what it is like "in season" but it must be very popular with a high demand. I'd suggest making reservations as early as possible. This really is a great facility and I'm sure we'll return.

My friend and I arrived at closing time on bicycles, and found the friendly managers to be very accommodating and helpful. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each tent site, and then were flexible and cheerful when we made a later change. We found the campground to be clean and well kept; the bathrooms especially were very clean and in excellent condition (much nicer than the average campground). The "WiFi area" next to the camp store was a nice covered patio with good internet service. We only stayed on night and didn't use any other services, but the pool and playground areas looked nice. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to the Cape.

This is my first Jungle camping, and I was a little frantic about the restroom and the ground condition for tenting.. But it was just beyond of my expectation and I was surprised after seeing the very clean ground and bar-b-Que facilities...We have taken the Ground P and F which was perfect for a 12 person group. Parking area was exactly beside our tent, which was very helpful. It is also having very nice pool and boating area. The staff is real helpful. If you want to spend your weekend in a different way, you must go to Cape Cod Camp and spend at least one night in Tent..
