Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend with a total of 9 families all together - 6 in Campers and 3 in Cabin Rentals. From the 1st call to get info to the final check out the Staff exceeds expectations for patience when asking questions - painful as I am not a Camper kind of gal - what services are available on site, the types of cabin rentals and ultimately selecting the cabin rental that would be best for my family. They also called to remind me of the necessary items that we would need and also to suggest other items knowing that I was coming with my 3 children and that we would be with some very veteran campers. I did take a Deluxe Cabin which was 2 BR and a Loft, full bathroom & kitchen etc and it was spic and span clean upon check in, every cooking utensil/tool & kitchen need was provided down to coffee filters and dish rag/soap! The porch, fire pit, chairs (4) and brand new gas grill was fantastic and the privacy we had with our specific cabin was great.
Until we went to bed on the first night of a 3 night stay. EPIC FAIL on the decision to put such crappy mattresses in the Master Bedroom - this is the one area that you cannot bargain hunt - the parents in the group are the ones PAYING for the whole trip - without a great night's sleep after a busy fun filled day it sets the tone for disaster and ruins the feeling of being refreshed for more fun the next day. Both my Husband and I are in pain after spending 3 nights in the bed - it was like a half filled air mattress except that you felt every spring as well as the bottom of the hard frame under it. Knowing that we are 1st time Campers I completely adjusted my expectations for being in the outdoors, having dirt, bugs, small & I mean tiny bathrooms to use etc but knew that the experience of being with our friends and allowing the kids to ride bikes, go fishing, make S'Mores etc would totally offset my usual level of travel. Never did I expect to feel so cranky, exhausted and frankly resentful about not sleeping comfortably for 3 straight nights. Sadly we know we will never be able to come back for this special tradition with our friends. Had we known that camping beds were so terrible I know we would have never joined our friends in the first place. We were a group of 41 people total and had such a great time being with them but sadly will never return based on the mattress situation. The grounds were clean, the activities were awesome, the pool, fields, basketball court, fishing dock and pond, general store, staff and overall detail to customer service is excellent - a total A+, the mattress decision - epic fail resulting in an F. If you have your own Camper and can book time here do it without hesitation - you'll be thrilled with your experience.

We appreciate this guest bringing to our attention so soon in the season the fact that the mattresses in the brand new cabins were of inferior quality. Apparently were notified upon their departure and did not have the opportunity to correct it during their stay. The mattresses came with the furnished cabin from the manufacturer and we had no idea until it was brought to out attention that the manufacturer had supplied us with substandard mattresses. This family was actually the first to stay in the unit since its installation earlier this year.We immediately replaced the mattresses with new better quality ones and must once again thank this guest for bringing it to our attention. Unfortunately for the guest it was a major inconvenience however we have now been able to correct the problem early in the season so that it will not affect the other guests in the future. Once again we are very appreciative for bringing it to our attention and extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused to them.

This campground leaves us wanting to come back and we have for four straight years. We as a family have had a great time at every visit. The staff were, pleasant, polite and professional. This was the first time we had to check in after the office was closed. They have a great system for late check-in's something else I learned to love about this place!

The place is immaculately maintained. John and the crew really pour their heart into maintaining and managing this facility. My family and I live just 2 miles away and we refer to Cape Cod Camp Resort as our "hideout."

We are camping here for 9 weekends . The camp ground is very clean and well run. The staff are very helpful. The location is great an there are many things to do in this area regardless of the weather. They have a lot of information available for things going on.Give this place a try, i think you will be glad you did. We are heading off to p- town, cape cod canal, the butterfly place, woods whole , and will enjoy Falmouth center. Check out the Tea House there,,,we loved it.There's also a great T-shirt ect. store neat the tea house and the employees are friendly and helpful.
If you don"t camp they have nice cabins you can rent so there is no reason not to go!!!

Me and my friends went to this place as a graduation trip for one night camping and we loved it! We had so much fun everything was in close proxcimity and the people in the registration office were extremely helpful and nice. They advised some great sites to check out and overall everything was awesome and very memorable. My friends and I hope to go back to the capes for another trip in the future and this would be our go to spot for camping. I would definitely recommend people to go. The drive is straight forward and there are fun activities to do on the resort. The prices were great for camping during off season. For a bunch of college students this was very much affordable and worth it.

We had a wonderful week of camping and site seeing all around the Cape! This park has sites to accommodate even the largest R.V.s! The sites are paved and fairly level. They offer cabin rentals too! There's a large pool, hot tub, playground, bath houses and laundry. All members of the staff were very nice and helpful, but I have to give a "shout-out" to John McCarthy who gave us maps and directions, made dining suggestions and wonderful photo ops on Route 6A toward P-town! It's a really great place to stay!
