While visiting the Framingham, MA area my husband and I decided upon Mexican for dinner. This restaurant was recommended to us and while the complimentary chips and salsa were delicious, the food was about average. I ordered a tostada salad with shredded chicken and my husband ordered an enchilada dish. He thought his meal was pretty good and given that I had a salad, perhaps I should have ordered a more mexican dish. One of the best qualities of this restaurant was the friendly wait staff - they were most attentive!

From the moment you walk in you can tell it's going to be a real mexican experience. The decor is typical of a mexican restaurant in the states, but the food is anything but. A lot of care is taken to ensure that the flavors are authentic and the spice is just right. The fish tacos are a shining example of the type of food that you would find down south. There is nothing on the menu that you won't enjoy if your passion is authentic mexican. The kitchen staff is also open to new ideas on their dishes, so if there's something a little different that you would like, let them know! And try the margaritas! Best around...

The margarita's are very pricey. But good. There is no view since this is right on route 9 and the pike. The food is your typical burritos and enchiladas with rice and beans. The food is decent but for the price you do feel as if you could have made better yourself.

It is hard to find the flavors of Mexican food when you are Mexican American living on the East Coast. It can be fusion (cuban/Puerto Rican, etc). Mexican food is actually very simple and can be overdone. Acapulcos seem to capture the simplicity and the Albondiga's soup is the closes to grandmas i can find. Now i wish they would do something with the outside of their buildings. Really, it needs a lot of work.

Good food, great margheritas. Doesn't change menu but that may be because choices are reliably good.
